Upon cancellation, you are responsible for any outstanding fees or charges incurred before the cancellation date. Ulynor reserves the right to collect any fees owed to us through the payment method associated with your account.

This includes unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on Ulynor's platform, or any other matter relating to Ulynor's services. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Ulynor's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Ulynor regarding its services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements between you and Ulynor regarding the same.
Ulynor may assign its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to any other person or entity without Ulynor's prior written consent.
